For £199 per month, your programme begins with an initial assessment, completed online or in person, which is included in the price. This gives us a clear understanding of your starting point, goals, current habits and the areas where you need the most support.
You’ll then receive daily WhatsApp check-ins and one focused coaching call each week to help you stay accountable, work through challenges and keep moving forward.
Together, we’ll clarify your goals, create realistic action steps and build supportive habits around mindset, stress, breathwork, nervous-system regulation, sleep, recovery and lifestyle.

You’ll then receive daily WhatsApp guidance, personalised voice-note coaching and consistent accountability to help you stay focused and take action.
Your programme also includes two video coaching calls each week, practical nutritional support and tailored guidance around mindset, habits, breathwork, nervous-system regulation, stress, sleep, recovery and lifestyle.
Together, we’ll work through challenges as they arise, adapt your plan when needed and build sustainable changes that support how you want to feel, live and perform.
